How it Works

We can provide same-day results for samples collected on weekdays before 1PM or for samples collected early Sunday morning. Same-day turnaround is not guaranteed, as some samples may need to be re-run. To boost your chance for a same day turnaround, you can arrive before 10:30 am. For samples collected at other times (except weekends), turnaround time is approximately 24 hours. For a more precise ETA, please reach out to the Genophyll Labs team.

Our sample collection site is located at the back of the our laboratory in the parking lot. You can spot it by looking for the orange cones and a sign that says “Genophyll.” You can also call/text us anytime at 732-945-0190 if you need assistance. We are not able to accommodate anyone inside the building. Please do not enter the building under any circumstances. We promise we will be with you shortly! All sample collection occurs inside of your car in the parking lot.
